If you are interested in volunteering this year and did not submit a background check last year, please click the link below to complete the required background check form.

If you completed a background check last year, it's good for 1 full calendar year. You will receive an email when it expires to go into the system and re-do your background check, but it will not give you that option until it expires.

For example, if you completed a background check on September 1, You'll get an email on Sept. 1 that it's expiring and to then renew. If you try to renew now, it won't let you.

We are so excited to offer the Dads on Duty program to give our dads a place to get involved and support their child's school. Reach out to Lewispto@gmail.com to get involved or sign up on VOMO.

1. Visitors can sign up for one visit per month.

2. Visitors can be a parent/guardian or a grandparent at this time.

3. Visitors must sign in/out of the office and run their license through Raptor for a visitor badge to the cafeteria or designated lunch area only. Visitors shall not wait in hallways or walk the student to/from class.

4. Only two visitors per student. (Younger siblings count in this number.)

5. This lunch pass is only for the student requested during the time slot given. If you have multiple students at the same campus, you may request additional passes for the same day (not multiple days) during that month.

6. Food may only be brought in for your student(s).

7.  Only your student can sit with you during the lunch visit. No other students will be allowed to sit with you.

8. Scheduled lunchtime will not be extended for your lunch pass. Only the designated time is allowed for this visit. When your visit is over, please sign out at the campus office.
